In the words of my favorite animated bat: "Wow, I'll tell you what! Wow!"
As every blogger is raving about Ellie Saab's newest collection (rightly so, it's gorgeous) I find myself drawn to every bit of Murad's Spring Couture show. Murad's collection, which was based on water, really flows from the beginning of the show all the way to the last dress. Even though most of the dresses were not blue, the beading, tulle, and skirts mimicked a running stream.
The pale pastels range from a muted yellow to a soft peach and continue to a robin's egg blue (not show here). These colors embody spring and give me the urge to go frolic through some flowers!
I'm at a loss of words when it comes to this collection, so rather than me blabber on, take a look:

I left this piece until last for two reasons.
One: It's my favorite piece. The full ball gown invokes power and beauty fit for a queen. The champagne color is gorgeous, not starch white- a personal "eh"- but still shows purity through the dress. The veil gives the entire look a victorian vibe- and I don't know if it is just me, but my favorite part of that era was the fashion!
Two: I mean really, just look at it.
